Beijing 2022 Signs BEIAO as Official Sport Presentation & Victory Ceremonies Services Sponsor

On October 22 2019, Beijing Beiao Group became the Official Sport Presentation & Victory Ceremonies Services Sponsor of Beijing 2022.

At a ceremony held at the Beijing Longfu Cultural Center, Zhang Jiandong, Vice Mayor of Beijing and Executive Vice President of Beijing 2022, alongside Yue Peng, Chairman of Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd, the parent company of Beijing Beiao Group, unveiled a composite logo of the Beijing Beiao Group and Beijing 2022 emblems.

Sports presentations and victory ceremonies are an important part of the Games. This partnership marks the first time in Olympic history that ‘Sports Presentations and Victory Ceremonies’ became a sponsorship category.

Han Zirong, Vice President and Secretary General of Beijing 2022, welcomed the new partnership, describing her hope that the cooperation with Beijing Beiao Group would allow both parties to fully leverage their resources and host engaging cultural and sports events, highlight features of Chinese culture and winter sports, and provide high quality sports presentations and victory ceremony services for the Games. She wished for the collaboration to leave an unforgettable “Beijing impression” upon all the athletes, media, spectators, and other stakeholders.

“Beiao upholds its ambition and mission of “Born for and Serving the Olympic Games,” said Xiao Wende, Vice President of the Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co. Ltd and Chairman of Beijing Beiao Group. Mr. Xiao also reaffirmed that Beiao would maintain its long-standing high-standards and make every effort to deliver high quality sports presentation and victory ceremonies for the Winter Games, promote Olympic culture, and spread the Olympic spirit.

As of October 2019, a total of nine Beijing 2022 Official Partners have been signed, including Bank of China, Air China, Yili Group, ANTA, China Unicom, Shougang Group, CNPC, Sinopec Group, and State Grid. A total of six Official Sponsors have been signed, including Tsingtao Beer, Yanjing Beer, Arawana, Shunxin, Cultural Investment Holdings, and Beijing Beiao Group. Two Official Exclusive Suppliers have also been signed - EF Education First and iFLYTEK.
